Forward Deployment Engineer / AI Solutions ConsultantRegular – Full-TimeOpen
- Location: Hyderabad, India (Near Raidurg)
- Position Type: Regular – Full-Time
- Work Model: On-site (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
- Practice Area: Heavy Asset & Capital Projects (EPC, Energy, Manufacturing & Heavy Industries)
- Company: HexaLync (dba Vrish Consulting LLP)
Job Purpose
The Forward Deployment Engineer bridges production AI systems and complex enterprise operations across heavy-asset industries. Working side-by-side with executive leadership (Directors of Projects/Operations, COOs, Heads of Commercials & Engineering), you will design, prototype, and operationalize high-reliability AI-native workflows that accelerate multi-stage project bidding, contract risk analysis, technical document extraction, supply chain tracking, and capital project execution. This high-visibility, hybrid technical-consulting role demands strategic business fluency and hands-on technical execution: turning unstructured operational bottlenecks across capital-intensive sectors into deterministic software systems and automated agent loops that deliver measurable margin and cycle-time improvements.Key Responsibilities
Executive Engagement & Problem Discovery- Partner directly with enterprise CXOs and project leaders across heavy-asset sectors to identify operational bottlenecks and map high-ROI AI deployment roadmaps.
- Translate complex field operations, commercial tenders, compliance mandates, and cross-functional reviews into clear technical specs and functional system architectures.
- Build, configure, and ship production-ready agentic workflows, deterministic data pipelines, and structured extraction systems for complex enterprise assets (e.g., technical specifications, RFPs, commercial contracts, regulatory filings, vendor variations).
- Integrate deployed tools cleanly into enterprise backbones, including legacy ERPs (SAP/Oracle), project portfolio tools (e.g., Primavera P6), asset management systems, and internal data lakes.
- Own the complete deployment lifecycle from 4-week pilot delivery to multi-site or company-wide operational rollout.
- Run hands-on user enablement, conduct workflow audits, eliminate adoption friction across operational teams, and instrument telemetry to verify time, cost, and risk reductions.
- Implement strict human-in-the-loop (HITL) checkpoints and rigorous evaluation benchmarks to eliminate hallucinations, ensuring compliance with mission-critical industrial, safety, and commercial standards.
- Speed to Value: Functional, production-grade pilot deployed within 4–6 weeks of discovery.
- Adoption Depth: High weekly active engagement and sustained replacement of legacy manual engineering, reporting, or review workflows.
- Quantifiable ROI: Measurable cycle-time reduction in bid responses, change-order tracking, technical audits, or material reconciliations.
- Client Trust: Strong executive endorsement leading to portfolio-wide expansion across client business units.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2–3 years in business analysis, technical product management, solution architecture, or software engineering with strong product thinking and business acumen.
- AI-Native Systems & Architecture:
- Hands-on experience building stateful, graph-based agent workflows and deterministic control loops (e.g., state machines, LangGraph, modern agent SDKs) over brittle prompt chains.
- Practical implementation of protocol-driven tool integration (MCP / Model Context Protocol), strict structured outputs (JSON schema/Pydantic), and sandboxed agent execution.
- Strong foundation in eval-driven engineering (synthetic benchmarks, trajectory tracing, regression testing) and robust human-in-the-loop (HITL) guardrails for zero-tolerance enterprise data.
- Technical Breadth: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, REST/JSON-RPC protocols, and event-driven data architectures.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead executive workshops, challenge assumptions tactfully, and distill complex technical trade-offs for non-technical leadership.
- Industry Familiarity (Recommended, Not Required): Prior exposure to EPC lifecycle stages, energy/utilities operations, manufacturing, project controls, or heavy-industrial contracting is an advantage; intellectual curiosity and rapid domain absorption are paramount.
Location & Work Setup
- Office Location: Hyderabad, India (Near Raidurg / HITEC City corridor).
- Work Arrangement: Work from Office, 5 days a week, with direct client site visits and executive workshops as required by project engagements.

Manager / SpecialistProcess Redesign & AI EnablementOpen
- Location: Hyderabad (In-Office)
- Experience: 5-6 years
- Education: MBA / BBA
- Reports to: Head of Operations / Leadership
We believe process comes before product, adoption beats sophistication, and generic global frameworks don’t survive contact with the Indian mid-market – that’s who we build for.
About the Role
At Hexalync, we don’t chase the newest AI tool we fix how work actually moves, then decide if a tool earns a place in it. We’re hiring a hands-on Process Redesign & AI Enablement Manager to lead this discipline internally: diagnosing broken workflows, redesigning them end-to-end, and enabling AI only where it survives contact with real operations the same – standard we hold our client work to.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives across internal functions – mapping current-state workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing future-state processes.
- Drive organizational restructuring recommendations where workflows, roles, or reporting lines need realignment.
- Identify and implement AI enablement opportunities in internal workflows – evaluated with the same rigor Hexalync applies to client engagements, not adopted for novelty.
- Own change management for every initiative – training, adoption tracking, and resistance management, not just design handoff.
- Build and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with function heads to prioritize redesign efforts based on impact vs. effort.
- Track and report measurable outcomes (time saved, cost reduced, error rate improvement) for every initiative.
- Stay current on AI/automation tools and pilot new ones only where there’s a clear, provable use case.
Required Expertise
- 5–6 years of experience in process redesign, organizational restructuring, or operational efficiency roles.
- Proven track record of leading workflow optimization initiatives from diagnosis through implementation.
- Strong drive to learn and apply AI tools to internal org workflows genuine hands-on interest, evaluated critically rather than adopted on hype.
- Hands-on execution mindset comfortable being both the strategist and the implementer.
- Change management experience, drive the adoption of new processes/tools, not just designing them on paper.
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to work across functions and influence without direct authority.
Good to Have
- Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent process methodology certification.
- Experience with workflow/automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) or AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in a business context.
- Prior experience in a mid-size or high-growth company actively building processes (vs. inheriting mature systems).
Why Hexalync
- Work alongside a founding team from IIT/IIM with 400+ client engagements of hands-on delivery experience.
- Direct ownership of org-wide process and AI transformation – high visibility, real mandate, no bureaucracy.
- A culture built on vendor neutrality and process-first thinking – you’ll be trusted to say “this tool isn’t worth adopting” and be right.
- Be part of a firm recognized by the Government of Telangana for Best CSR Practices
