The 30-Day Pilot
One workflow
Thirty days.
Metric improvement,
not a Month-6 report.
A time-bound, fixed-fee engagement. One workflow. One person from your team. One measurable before-and-after.
Four phases
Thirty days. No surprises.
Week 1 — Discovery
We sit with your team. Map the actual process — not the SOP, the real one. Identify the highest-impact bottleneck. Set a measurable baseline.
Week 2–3 — Implement
Configure the chosen tool. Connect your data. Run in parallel with your existing process. Train your team hands-on, in their own words, on their own data.
Week 1–2 — Evaluate
Shortlist 3–4 tools that fit your problem, your data, your security posture, and your budget. Run demos. You sit through one per tool and tell us what your team liked.
Week 3–4 — Prove
Measure against baseline. Hand over with a written report and a one-pager your CFO and your board can both read. 30-day support window after handover.

FAQs
The questions we get in every first call.
What if the tool doesn’t work?
We run the new workflow in parallel with your existing process.
If it doesn’t beat your current baseline, we don’t hand it over.
Who owns the data?
You do. Always.
Your data stays within your environment unless you explicitly approve otherwise.
What if my team can’t use it after handover?
Training happens on your data, in your context.
We stay engaged for 30 days after handover. If your team isn’t using it, we’ve failed.
Do you take commissions from SaaS vendors?
No. We are paid by you, for you.
What happens after 30 days?
You choose.
Run it yourself, fix another workflow, or go deeper. No lock-ins.
Who is this for?
Mid-sized Indian businesses (roughly ₹100–₹800 crore revenue).
At this stage, workflows are complex—but internal teams aren’t built for this yet.
